Representative Nestor tried all he could to get the door key to let me in but we couldn't get the damn room pass to open the door and so Nestor empathized and immediately and professionally processed a credit for my booking. Thanks for the courtesy Nestor!

We only need a place to stay overnight on a trip to California. For that the hotel was adequate. There are good restaurants within walking distance.

clean place, across the street from limited fast food dinner options. we just stayed one night for a layover at LAX. there was a wait for check-in, and one group didnt make it on the shuttle from the airport because it was too full, so i'm not sure if the hotel covered a taxi for them or not. it would be nice if the shuttle were more frequent (hourly). i took the shuttle back to the airport an hour early in case we wouldn't make it on (for being too full), but it was quite empty at 6am so there was no issue in the end. friendly staff and clean hotel for a quick overnight.

The beds were comfy, and my room had a mini fridge, which was much needed. Coffee downstairs in the morning. It is neat to have so many options for snacks and drinks in the vending machines. Close to airport. Staff at front desk were really nice. Shuttle service definitely handy.

The desk clerks were very nice. The airport shuttle bus driver was the best. Great customer service. I am sure you have no idea how lucky you are to have her work for this motel. I would raise her pay to keep her. Seriously.
